1. Program description

When you provide your mobile phone number to 1 Step Technologies (for example, by submitting a form on this website), you may receive SMS text messages from us. These include conversational messages (such as replies from our team, support, and follow-ups about your inquiry) and appointment or scheduling reminders. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text messages without your separate, express consent.

2. Consent & opt-in

By submitting a form on this site and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from 1 Step Technologies at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The opt-in consent language presented at the point of collection reads:

“I consent to receive conversational and appointment reminder text messages from 1 Step Technologies. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for support. Message & data rates may apply; message frequency may vary. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Termsfor details.”

3. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. 1 Step Technologies does not charge for the messages themselves.

4. How to opt out or get help

Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Opt back in: reply ST at any time to resume messages.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services (such as customer service or messaging platforms) is permitted solely to deliver the messaging program. All other use cases exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent from being shared with any third party.
